Champion League Winners Tournament Results 2004/2005
Congratulations to Caer Gwent B on becoming the champions. Four teams went head to head in a round robin event at Westgate on 15th May, with Caer Gwent B the eventual winners.
Thank you to Highfield, Bishops Waltham and Wildern for putting up a strong challenge and making the event a success.

Congratulations to Notorious for winning the Champions league 03/04, beating Omega in Final. Congratulations also to Falcons who won the Plate.

Champion League Winners Tournament Results 2002/2003
Congratulations to St Denys A for winnning the 2002/03 Champion League Winners Tournament! Congratulations also to Omega who were runners up and Bishops Waltham who won the Plate.
Thanks to all those teams that entered. The competition was intense but fair. St Denys had to work hard for their win. Omega put up a stern fight in the final. All the teams said that they enjoyed the competition and the venue.
Due to the Hampshire Restricted there were only three teams entered this year . Thanks to Notorious , Matchpoint and SIHE staff the competition went ahead . A round robin event was played and the matches were contested in a competitive manner . Matchpoint were the overall winners on points although the results in each match were close . Thanks again to Notorious , SIHE Staff and the champions this year MATCHPOINT
The 2001/2002 League Winners Cup will be held on Sunday 29th September, 10am at Itchen College. Clubs in 1st or 2nd position in all divisions are invited to enter.

won and also on number of games won! By mutual consent both teams agreed to a
draw

"Championship is shared for the first time
Honours were shared for the first time in the Southampton and District Champions' League Tournament. Top Flight B from Division 2 and Division 1 side Caer Gwent B could not be separated in a drawn final staged at West Hill Park School in Titchfield.
Top Flight had a four point start in each game. the four mixed doubles matches were shared, with two of the matches going to three games. Top Flight won one match 15-14 in the third game. The two men's and two ladies matches were shared for a final score of 4-4 and 9-9 in games. The teams could not be separated so they agreed to share the trophy.
The tournament was designed for the winners and runners up in each division and was played on a knock-out basis. Each team was handicapped, with the higher the division, the greater the handicap. In the quarter finals, Colbury (Division 1 runners up) beat West Hill (Division 3 winners) 7-1, although three matches went to three games. This put Colbury through to the first semi-final against Caer Gwent B, with Caer Gwent winning 6-2. In the other semi-final, Top Flight B beat Falcons (division 3 winners) 8-0."
